This systematic review examines the factors that predict dropout from Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for individuals with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The study aims to identify patient characteristics, treatment-related variables, and contextual factors that influence treatment retention in CPT, one of the gold-standard trauma-focused therapies.
