This symposium presentation examines the role of sense of responsibility in moderating the relationship between cognitive flexibility and anxiety symptoms among child and family service workers. The research investigates whether a heightened sense of responsibility for client outcomes influences the protective effect of cognitive flexibility against anxiety in this high-stress occupation.
